PLI is searching for a professional to fill the role ofProject Manager(responsibilities and qualifications are described below). Work in a collaborative environment with a diverse, employee community where staff enjoy a generous benefits package and a genuine commitment to a work-life balance (4+ weeks of paid time off and hybrid remote/in-person schedules for most roles).The Project Manager will oversee projects to ensure PLI's adherence to continuing legal education (CLE) requirements for lawyers, allied professionals, and other service providers. These projects aim to fulfill PLI's regulatory obligations while providing high-quality products and services to PLI's clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all requirements are gathered and met.
  • Facilitate research projects and systematically arrange necessary information for each project.
  • Facilitate and oversee the execution of CLE department's tech projects, including enhancements and bug fixes submitted to the IT department.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Assist subject matter experts and stakeholders in ensuring continuous progress in the development of PLI's knowledge base (KB).
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including PLI's IT, CRM team, website team, outside vendors, outsourcing partners, and more to ensure project goals are aligned and achieved within set timelines.
  • Effectively utilize task management tools to track project progress and ensure timely completion. Build project and task dashboards and reports for colleagues.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of MCLE accreditation requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with department colleagues to gain an understanding of their tasks and workflows, ensuring the ability to perform these tasks effectively.
  • Other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience; project management certification (PMP) or LEAN Six Sigma a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a licensing, certification, continuing education, or professional development setting.
  • Proficiency in task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Wrike, Airtable, etc.), with experience in ClickUp a major plus.
  • Strong knowledge with CRMs, Salesforce a major plus
  • Familiarization with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Proficiency in utilizing generative AI and large language model tools a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects of varying sizes and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of licensing and continuing education requirements like CLE, CPE, or CPD a plus.

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION

$90,000 - $115,000 per annum

(Exact compensation offer may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills and work experience.)
