The Training Manager will lead the training effort in the service department. This role will be to develop training plans for customers, identify and monitor training needs in the organization, implement training programs. The candidate will also be responsible for performing repairs on TLD equipment and providing guidance on repairs when there are no training requirements. The Training Manager will report directly to the Customer Service manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
