POSITION SUMMARY

Husco is seeking energetic, driven and forward-thinking individual to perform a variety of HR administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll, benefits, and compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs online, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting preemployment checks.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in ADP and IFS (ERP system).
- Assist with simple or moderate complexity employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist with attendance tracking to support payroll processing. Answer employee benefits questions as needed.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.
- Provide general support for facility events such as recognition celebrations, Unity Way, or other company sponsored activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to work with employees at all levels from production to plant leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
