Job Summary:
UW-Madison's Digital Publishing and Printing Services (DPPS) is seeking an experienced Printing Customer Service Manager to lead the work in our customer service team in our digital print facility. In this role, you will apply your years of commercial print estimating experience, broad understanding of printing processes, and your expertise managing a customer service team to help our group serve the UW campus and beyond! DPPS is one of the largest in-house print production centers within the State of Wisconsin government. Our new state-of-the-art facility is located on Madison's east side (off campus) on Stoughton Road and offers free, on-site parking. Responsibilities: Manages unit operations, develops policies and procedures, provides subject matter expertise to customers, and/or supervises staff to ensure timely and high quality reproduction and printing services for customers.
