Position Overview

The Sales and Revenue Operations Manager will be instrumental in supporting the growth and retention efforts of the Provider Network. This role will focus on optimizing sales processes, improving revenue generation strategies, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. The specialist will provide essential data management and reporting support for the sales team, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop key Sales Ops personnel to deliver data insights for the prioritization and execution of sales initiatives.

  • Oversee accurate and up-to-date data within CRM systems (primarily Salesforce) to facilitate efficient sales and revenue initiatives.

  • Ability to present comprehensive and organized data for key stakeholders to enhance decision-making and reporting.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

  • Assist in the management and optimization of the Provider Network model to improve growth, retention, and overall engagement.

  • Support the identification and onboarding of new providers and monitor provider network performance.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales and revenue metrics such as Salesforce and SQL.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in sales performance and revenue generation.

  • Provide insights and analytics to assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, or operational issues.

  • Support the relationship management and operational processes with payers to ensure seamless provider interactions.

  • Help monitor provider contracts and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Prepare stewardship materials and reports for Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) to ensure provider relationships are effectively managed and strengthened.

  • Track and report on provider performance and engagement with IDNs.

  • Assist in managing key projects related to sales and revenue operations, such as the implementation of new tools (e.g., Rivet, VCC partial swipes).

  • Identify and help address any revenue gaps in recent deals and contracts.

  • Manage account suspensions and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of improved sales processes, including ensuring proper usage of CRM tools and ensuring the sales team adheres to best practices.

  • Provide training and support to sales staff on CRM best practices to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

What You'll Bring to Zelis

  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.

  • 2-3 years in a people leadership role.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and strong reporting capabilities is required.

  • Experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on operational efficiency.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and provider network teams.

  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

  • Experience in the healthcare or provider network industry is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
