The Tepper School of Business is looking for a Senior Manager, Special Projects in the Dean's office to lead the execution and implementation of critical strategic projects aligned with Tepper's long-term goals. This is an exciting, and important time for the Tepper School as it completed its new six year strategic plan in 2024, and has begun the implementation process with a number of key initiatives (currently >25) across the plan's three strategic pillars - AI for Business, Entrepreneurial Pursuit and Economic Prosperity - already underway. This role will play a critical role in the successful implementation of the plan's priorities. This role will report to the Dean and will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure the successful implementation of new and ongoing strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical skills; strong attention to detail; project management expertise; and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and influence a wide range of senior leaders and stakeholders to take action on strategic initiatives. Core responsibilities include: Strategic Projects (a major strategic project is the implementation of the Tepper Strategic Plan and its associated initiatives; other potential projects include support for Tepper's accreditation processes, milestone events, etc.)
Board and Committee Support - The two major stakeholder groups are the Business Board of Advisors (BBA) and the Tepper School Executive Committee.
