|  -  POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Director of Training, Advisory and Contingency Operations will be responsible for the daily management, fiscal planning, oversight, contract compliance and quality of all Training, Advisory and Contingency (TAC) Operations program activity.
 RESPONSIBILITIES 
    
 Direct, supervise and manage a business unit responsible to Training, Advisory Programs and Contingency operationsSupervise the training business line, the Moyock facility and its personnel in daily business operations and performance management processesBuild, manage and maintain customer relationship with the principal clients for the Business UnitBe responsible for the Business Development and Marketing for the business unit and programsPlan, direct and manage all administrative, financial and support aspects required for this business unitFacilitate efficient use of personnel and talent through cross functional training and support planningOperate across all functions and programs to uncover efficiencies and create more effective business operationsServe as a bridge between business units to ensure overall company successEnsure all contractual deliverables are met on time and to the satisfaction of the clientsEnsure procedures are established which ensures the accountability of all assigned training equipment,weapons and munitionsMaintain positive communications with internal and external customers through development of customer relations strategiesDevelop organizational depth through subordinate leader mentoring, performance management, and succession planningMaintain the management of the department budget and reports program performance on a monthly basisResponsible for mapping, refining and/or defining processes, policies, systems, and requirements for Contingency OperationsCreate detailed contingency plans outlining response procedures, communication protocols, resource allocation, and decision-making frameworks for various crisis situationsPlan, direct and supervise the maintenance and improvement plan for the Moyock facilityOther duties as assigned
 QUALIFICATIONS 
    
 This position is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance, for which US Citizenship is requiredBachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and trainingMinimum of 15-years military, security or law enforcement operations and training experience requiredSpecial Operations background preferred
Ideal candidate is an energetic, results-oriented performer with high growth potential of curriculum programs in security strategiesExtensive experience developing and implementing programs for Law Enforcement, Military, Government or Personal Protection organizationsExtensive operational experience overseas in complex environmentsExperience running a business unit or P&LDemonstrated record of excellence leading geographically diverse training units in the Government services and commercial sectorDecisive; able to make critical business decisions often with incomplete information and within a compressed timelineUnderstanding of crisis management principles, including escalation procedures and response protocolsAbility to analyze complex situations, anticipate potential risks, and develop proactive strategiesAbility to travel internationally; willingness to conduct site visits to austere and potentially hostile locations.Effective oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completionExperience and understanding of aviation, UAS and CUAS, FAA and FCC requirements and operations
