Project Management Specialist

The Opportunity:

On our team, you'll provide program and project management expertise in supporting a Air Force client that utilizes several cloud-based solutions in the AWS cloud environment. You'll work with program leadership to document technical and contractual processes, assist the client with Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) packages, creation and distribution of systems agreements, and intake of new clients using tools like Microsoft Word, and create presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint to develop presentations, and establishing and maintain schedules with tools like Microsoft Project. You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in DoD Program Management or Acquisition Management

• Experience with program or project management supporting a DoD or Air Force Program Management Office and the entire project life cycle managing multiple and interrelated projects

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

• Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning, organization, decision making, problem solving, work delegation, and employee development

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with building CSSP packages

• Knowledge of cloud based software

• Ability to coordinate travel and onboard new personnel

• Top Secret clearance

• PMP Certification

Clearance:
