How you will contribute: The Assistant Labor Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative duties including scheduling and onboarding fire protection field personnel who travel to jobs throughout the United States, managing employee records, coordinating pre-employment, on-the-job safety requirements, tracking terminations, and administering union wage rates.
What you need to qualify: Ahern will make the most of your Associate/Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience. You can stand out above other candidates by having prior Labor Coordination experience including labor/union agreements in the construction industry. Candidates must have excellent communication, a collaborative mindset, a high level of detail orientation and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with multiple projects going on simultaneously.
