As a leader on our team, you'll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you'll partner with clients to drive their mission forward. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager leading and delivering successful software development projects

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

  • Experience with software development concepts, technologies, and tools, such as programming languages, databases, or cloud platforms

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their practical application in software development

  • Ability to be analytical and problem solve

  • Ability to identify and solve project roadblocks and risks proactively

  • Ability to support budget management, timelines, and resources effectively within project constraints

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working in a consulting environment managing client relationships and expectations

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

  • MP Certification, PMI-ACP Certification, or other related technical certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
