The Accounting Manager is responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial information and lead the general accounting processes. They will play a vital role in the organization and will impact the business by aligning the performance of their team with the overarching departmental and organizational goals. What You'll Do: * Manage the monthly close process (calendars, reviews, reconciliations, analysis, reporting) * Manage worldwide consolidations of 50+ entities and allocations * Review or prepare key reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical procedures * Prepare, review, and approve high volume of journal entries and reconciliations * Oversee and implement effective accounting policies, procedures, and controls ("SOX-like quality") * Recommend and assist to develop financial systems solutions and requirements for new or enhancements to existing applications * Assist with the execution of quarterly reviews and year-end financial audits. What You Need to Succeed: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * CPA License preferred * 5+ years accounting experience * 3+ years public accounting experience * 1+ years management experience * Technology, SaaS, or related industries experience preferred * Experience with multi-company and multi-location environment * Experience with international accounting, including multi-currency translations.
