What Would You Do As An Accounts Receivable Specialist?

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Journey Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health by ensuring the timely preparation and distribution of customer invoices and pay applications. Your responsibilities will include monitoring outstanding accounts receivable balances, addressing payment discrepancies, and collaborating with project managers to resolve billing inquiries efficiently. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities will be essential for success in this position, enabling you to foster positive internal relationships and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist in documenting audits and year-end financial reporting, as well as providing support to the Controller and accounting team with journal entries as needed.
