As a Data Management & Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our North American dealer and customer data as well as developing and implementing data governance strategies and processes to ensure the quality, integrity, and security of our data assets. You will work closely with data owners, IT, and business stakeholders to align data governance initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This position will consult with the North American CNH Industrial brand organizations (Case IH, New Holland, Case Construction Equipment) to identify data integration needs along with identifying opportunities to better communicate with our customers.

This position is eligible for a HYBRID flexible work model and can be located in Racine, WI, Oak Brook, IL or New Holland, PA.



Responsibilities

    Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to data management standards and regulations
  • Verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies
  • Regularly update and maintain data records in our systems
  • Work with data owners to improve data quality and integrity
  • Monitor and conduct routine audits to ensure data quality and compliance with company standards
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to discuss and resolve data governance issues
  • Train and educate staff on data management policies and procedures
  • Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance to ensure clear accountability
  • Document data governance processes, standards, and decisions
  • Provide support for data-related projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate with business and technology departments to align data governance initiatives
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, collaborating across all levels of the organization


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 6 years experience working with data quality, privacy, analysis, regulatory compliance and related data management tools and technologies.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or similar role
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Day to day working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Annual base salary range for this position is $79,875 - $117,150 USD. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
