Description
The Director, Leased Network Strategy & Solutions is accountable for effectively managing the relationship Medica has with all leased and specialty networks including but not limited to medical, behavioral health, chiropractic, and transplant vendor partners. This position is responsible for negotiating, developing, and understanding the contractual relationship between Medica and these organizations. With over $1 billion in healthcare spend tied to leased network arrangements, the Director will support Medica executives in maximizing the financial and operating values of these contracts by developing strategies and holding vendors accountable for performance to ensure a return on investment for Medica. Reporting to the Vice President, Provider Partnerships & Solutions, the Director, Leased Network Strategy & Solutions, will collaborate closely with Medica's executive leadership to ensure relationships align with Medica's Mission, Purpose, and enterprise strategies. The Director will interface regularly with the key business stakeholders and serve as a central point of contact, control, escalation, documentation, research, and resolution as issues, projects, and initiatives arise related to Administrative Services contracts. This position will be responsible to ensure that Medica and its customers are provided with high levels of service. Key Accountabilities

This position is a Remote role and will work remotely 100% of the time. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must have a primary home address located within any state where Medica is registered as an employer - AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI. The full salary range for this position is $127,800 - $219,00. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
