The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for providingtechnical leadership coaching and managing resourcesby identifying, developing and executing capital projects for the factories.This positionwill manage resources that handle the design process and assure adherence to all established key components and project deliverables as well as directly manage overall project execution including construction and commissioning. Additionally, this position will coordinate with the client, as well as various other groups inside and outside of the organization. People Administrative / Business Support and Manager Coaching and Developing- 40%

Responsible to coach and develop project managers in execution of key successcriteria developed with the project team and approved by the steering teams to include FactoryKPI information and project success like on time delivery within approved budget limits. Approved change orders as approved by steering team and delivering all Project safety aspects with minimal injuries. Qualifications/Certifications: * Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience. * Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills * Ability to analyze data * Ability to using problem solving techniques to resolve issues and implement change * Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to complete major projects in a manufacturing environment. * Ability to schedule resources effectively so continuous improvement is not sacrificed for day to day results. * Additional consideration for those that are considered subject matter experts in a particular field of engineering (process, packaging, refrigeration, etc.) Experience:
