What you'll be doing...The Senior Manager of Marketing Effectiveness is a core member of our Marketing Effectiveness team which exists to champion how our annual marketing efforts are reaching the right people in the right channels with the right message to maximize ROI. They will report to the Director of Marketing Effectiveness and play a key role in supporting the full extent of our US-based Marketing, Sales, and Experience teams as well as interfacing with our offshore team members in India. Step 1 in finding success for this role will be familiarizing oneself with core KPIs that Marketing is charged with driving from brand health through to leading site action indicators through to sales and understanding the levers that best contribute to those outcomes. Next, championing core behaviors of discovery, distillation, and democratization, this team member will contribute to product outputs including:
Additionally, this team member will democratize the impact of Marketing Effectiveness throughout the organization by creating / maintaining dashboards, mobilizing the usage of martech platforms like our CDP / agency partner tools, acting as a data steward to ensure connectivity and interoperability, and training the organization on key topics like MMM, data fluency, and dashboard usage. The ideal candidate may not be able to answer every question that comes their way right away, but is able to systematically drive towards solutions, collaborations, and ideation that eventually unlocks answers In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $107,000.00 and $217,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
