JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Administrative Support Manager is a full-time exempt staff position within the School of Behavioral Sciences and Education. The position oversees the administrative activities of multiple areas; establishes priorities; develops, executes, and assesses processes and procedures; solves problems and approves completed work; prepares, controls, and manages budget; maintains budget expenditures and approves financial transactions; plans, publicizes, and coordinates special events; assists and collaborates with other units and staff to achieve unit goals; compiles and analyzes data for a variety of reports, grants, contracts, and programs. The successful candidate will contribute to our efforts to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, the candidate must have a minimum of an associate's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience includes 3+ years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent.
