We operate over 60 programs across New York City, Northern New Jersey and Westchester County including emergency, transitional and permanent housing. Our services extend to families experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, people living with HIV/AIDS, veterans, youth aging out of foster care, adults with behavioral health or substance use needs, and others in need, including a special education preschool program. Position: Environmental Manager The *Environmental Manager* has the overall responsibility for the housekeeping, repairs, and improvements to the division's buildings and grounds. Bronx Early Learning Center is a vibrant and nurturing special education preschool. Site specific certifications are required. Environmental Manager Principal Responsibilities: Manage housekeeping function and staff to include training (OSHA regulations), task scheduling, and supervision. Manage the facilities function and staff including janitorial, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, preventive maintenance, and the work order system.
