The Senior Director of Sourcing and Contracts is responsible for managing the overall contract lifecycle and workflow of supplier agreements, in addition to leading strategic sourcing, negotiation, reporting, and administration of goods and services to address company's purchasing needs. This role is crucial in ensuring the procurement function operates smoothly and effectively, supporting the VP in achieving strategic goals and serving as a back up for the VP as required. This is a hybrid role in our Newton, MA office. Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures: The annual starting salary for this position is between $130,000 - $140,000 annually along with a 15% bonus plan and long-term incentive compensation awards. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
