Human Resources Coordinator Fike Corporation, a rapidly growing international manufacturer of pressure relief, explosion protection, fire suppression and detection equipment, has an opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator position. Fike is a privately held business located in Blue Springs, MO with over 400 employees locally & over 1,200 employees worldwide. Job Summary: This position performs clerical and administrative tasks to support Human Resources operations and projects Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in the HRIS systems. Assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, leave administration, benefits, training, wellness, and communications, as needed. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures. Provides overall support for Human Resources related activities while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and focusing on compliance. Primary Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications: REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience. Two years or more of experience in Human Resources. Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmation Action as well as other legislations related to Human Resources. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to communicate credibly and effectively. Experience with HRIS software. Proficient in all Google suite products. Ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Working knowledge of general Human Resources practices, labor laws, and regulations. PREFERRED: Professional Human Resources Certification. Experience with Applicant Tracking software, SuccessFactors, Paylocity, SalesForce, and/or Google Suite. Professional experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or in a global capacity. Compensation
