The Opportunity:

The Market Analyst is a crucial role within the Executive Recruitment & Pipelining function, tasked with researching, tracking, analyzing, and reporting intelligence and insights on executive-level talent (typically the top 0.5% of roles). You will meticulously monitor and analyze executive talent movements and trends globally, with a particular focus on Europe and the Americas. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping Executive-level recruitment strategies, ensuring that we attract resilient, high-performing leaders who can excel in our dynamic environment.

Who you are:

  • Bachelors's Degree and/or equivalent experience in a relevant position related to competitive intelligence, market research, or a related field, with a preferred focus on executive-level insights.

  • 5-7 years of experience in an analyst role involving the gathering, analysis, and reporting/dashboarding of complex market data.

  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to multi-level stakeholders.

  • Expert proficiency in utilizing data visualization tools and techniques to create compelling dashboards and reports.

  • High level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and influence stakeholders across various levels and functions.

  • Advanced knowledge in identifying, tracking, capturing, and reporting industry trends, talent movement, and emerging technologies relevant to the executive talent market.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA off campus is between $112,100 and $208,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
