Primary Purpose:




To align and implement OI30 strategic priorities in China, aims to simplify the organization, streamline business operations, enhance collaboration and accountability, foster innovation and continuous improvement, eventually deliver a step change in business operational performance and compliance management.




Key Responsibilities

Business Process



  • Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and using data driven decision making to make recommendations for systems, process, and business improvements.
  • Report sales-related activities, including performance, order booking & billing status, in-market sales data, and continuously improving reporting tools and review processes.
  • Manage the commercial team to follow standard processes for daily operations and order-to-cash, including order entry, follow-up, export control, payment, shipping, local supply, etc.
  • Conduct process reviews with BPA for SOP setup and further optimization and perform data analysis for operational excellence action plans.
  • Leverage data tools to analyze data and build statistical models to solve strategic business problems.



Collaboration with BU



  • Contribute to continuous improvements and lean, cost-efficient processes, ensuring high productivity in collaboration with BU.
  • Collaborate with the business teams to identify the issues, manage key business operations processes, set priorities, provide systematic solutions, and drive the execution excellence.
  • Work closely with BU to support business strategies, optimize strategic planning, and ensure flawless execution.



Commercial Compliance Controlling



  • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures for identifying, assessing, reporting, mitigating, and monitoring daily work risks.
  • Organize regular meetings with sales teams to review orders, legal & compliance, and commercial operations updates.
  • Provide export control support, including reviewing and implementing China business process optimization plans, administering compliance processes, etc.
  • Determine the accurate export control classification according to the export control requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive customer due diligence for customers, assessing ownership structures and verifying end use and end user details to ensure compliance with export control regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and supply chain, to ensure compliance throughout the organization.



Productivity Improvements



  • Identify key areas for productivity improvements within our operations to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.



Data analytical and insights



  • Collect, analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.



Channel partner program and management



  • Experienced in managing and optimising channel partner programmes, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with our partners to achieve mutual business objectives.



Other



  • Guide, nurture, and develop the team to their fullest potential, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and growth.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Education / Qualifications:




Essential



  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in business management, Business Administration or relevant specializations.


Desirable



  • Bachelor's degree or above is preferred
  • Overseas study experience is preferred




Professional Skills/ Abilities:




Essential



  • At least 5 years of relevant sales operations or business process improvement experience.
  • Analytical thinking, multi-tasked.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Capable of working independently and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills especially in the aspect of negotiation & influencing.
  • Proven experience in utilizing MS Office and different CRM tools.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin language.

  • Have a good command of Excel.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills.
