THE JOB: The Operations Learning Partner oversees the seamless onboarding of new employees by creating personalized onboarding plans, gathering new hire feedback through in-person check-ins and surveys, and providing stakeholders with data-driven recommendations. They collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of company tools and resource and provide ongoing support for skills training and development initiatives. Additionally, they analyze onboarding survey data to measure impact of company tools and resources, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a high standard of service excellence within the organization.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Onboarding Support: Develop fully detailed Onboarding Plans for team members supporting key property departments and positions, ensuring their smooth assimilation into the organization during their initial 90 days. Facilitate Monthly Onboarding Check-Ins: Utilize an employee listening strategy to gain feedback regarding onboarding experience to identify best practices and provide actionable recommendations to leadership for areas of opportunity. Evaluate Onboarding Survey Data: Maintain, promote, compile, and assess Onboarding Survey data to measure the quality of employee training, participation rates, satisfaction levels, performance improvements, and the overall impact on business operations. Conduct Training Initiatives: Lead learning initiatives to enhance operational expertise knowledge and serve as back-up facilitator for new hire orientation.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1 year of relevant experience in adult learning/training/facilitation. Enjoys public speaking and facilitation. Pays attention to detail. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Has a strong understanding of onboarding best practices. Proficient in learning management systems and data analysis tools. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
