As a Sr. Internal Auditor at Watts Water Technologies, you will be a key driver in executing the annual audit plan for a global, publicly traded manufacturing company. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Internal Audit, you will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support the continuous improvement of our audit processes.

You Will:

  • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, verifying compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Perform comprehensive internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.

  • Prepare clear and organized work papers, communicating audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Track audit recommendations, ensuring timely follow-up and corrective action implementation.

  • Provide guidance and support to other team members, sharing insights and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize AuditBoard usage and drive efficiency across audit initiatives.

  • Stay informed about emerging trends in internal auditing, regulatory requirements, and SAP S/4HANA advancements.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • 5+ years of experience as an Auditor in a public accounting firm or global public organization.

  • Familiarity with the COSO framework and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and associated modules.

  • The ability to re-arrange priorities as needed and manage workload to meet critical deadlines.

  • Readiness to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
