This position willbe responsible forperforming all jobs related to production of products (ex: modify product).

Shift:Full Time, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Location: On site Fraser Michigan Offices

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Follow all applicable procedures, work instructions and policies for Production.
  • Count parts.
  • Visual inspection of all parts and components before and after assembly.
  • Verify lot number, work order number and part number.
  • Operate and clean CNC machine, when trained and necessary.
  • Operate heat sealing machines, boxing machine, pallet wrapper and manual drill press.
  • Deburring holes operating a handheld electric driver.
  • Ensure cleanliness of area of operation. (Keep work desk clean and organized, sweep around desk and production area to minimize risk of trip, slip, falls).
  • Filling out work order packet of forms and other production paperwork (e.g., DHR, AHR, Inspection form, Assignment log, maintenance logs, etc.).
  • Assist Production Inventory with packaging (picks) of production products.
  • Fulfill orders (picks) with production products.
  • Follow non-conforming material process.
  • Apply latches to covers for certain devices.
  • Apply handles to drain trays.
  • Clean parts when finished, before turning them for inspection.
  • Print labels.
  • Use a pallet jack to move pallets through the warehouse.
  • Assist the inventory department with receipt of goods from vendor.
  • Build SST systems.
  • Cut shelf liners using handheld air tool, when trained and necessary.



SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Availability for overtime and weekend work when needed.
  • Ability to learn how to operate a CNC and or Robotic machinery.
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions and procedures.
  • Use of Drill Press, Hand/Air & Electric tools, hammer, packaging/box machine, pallet jack and wrapper, heat gun, rivet gun, deburring tool, calculator, computer, label printers.
  • Good Math Skills. Adding/subtraction of Production parts. (Counting).
  • Able to lift 35 lbs.
  • Wear safety glasses within the production area.
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work in Hot or Cold environment depending on the season.
  • Repetitive body movement. Bending over, hand, arm & shoulder motion for prolonged periods of time. (e.g., drill, manual hand press & hole deburring).

  • Good organizational skills, Basic computer knowledge.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Basic drawing/sketch Interpretation skills.


  • Accommodate and adapt to change. (Being Flexible day to day). Able to obtain a Hi-Lo license a plus.
  • Mechanical knowledge a plus.
