What You'll Do
  • Orders parts for planned jobs and equipment
  • Perform job scoping on notifications and work orders to estimate resources required
  • Source parts, tools and equipment as needed so that work orders can be executed efficiently
  • Develop a daily work plan for assigned crews
  • Perform resource leveling to aid in making decisions
  • Plan and improve execution and scheduling of work in the future
  • Troubleshoot a wide variety of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) technical problems and evaluate emerging CMMS technologies
  • Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics for the plant
  • Facilitate new employee training and annual CMMS training
  • Coordinate between craftsmen, operators, vendors, subject matter experts, and support groups
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred
  • CMMS experience preferred
  • Ability to think logically, analytically and solve problems
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, with strong work ethic, attention to details and find root causes for issues
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and employees across the organization
  • Knowledge and or experience with data and metrics as it relates to their interpretation in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to break down information and undefined problems into specific workable components
  • Must be able to work a 10-hour, four (4) day schedule, with potential overtime
  • Ability to work with exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
Your Education
  • Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience OR a technical degree in a related field
  • High School Diploma or GED required
