Overview The Senior Operations Analyst is an experienced Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) analyst in support of the National Guard Bureau's NGB-J39 Director's Group (DG) mission. The DG plans, coordinates, and shares situational awareness to assist joint/interagency mission partners conducting domestic operations. The candidate also manages all correspondence for quality; ensuring content standards are adhered to, and set's appropriate suspense dates for inquiries received from agencies outside the DG Office to include Members of Congress, Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff (JS), Major Commands (MACOMS), Field Operating Agencies (FOA), Direct Reporting Units (DRU) and agencies within the National Capital Region (NCR). The candidate provides task management support for the Joint Staff of the National Guard Bureau, the Chief National Guard Bureau and the 54 States and Territories. Serve as Senior Staff Analyst for the Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Division
