Auto Area Sales Manager- Mid West Apply Now Full Job Title: Auto Area Sales Manager- Mid West Job Number: R2501-44508 Location: Illinois; Remote Date Posted: 01/10/2025 The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 10 to 12 Dealer Relationship Representatives. The Manager will ensure Sales Representatives are thoroughly acquainted with the program, which provides consumer loans through dealers. This position is integral to the development of representatives, helping them acquire and nurture new business relationships with auto and powersports dealers, while also ensuring a high level of customer service. Location: Remote Travel Requirements:Travel 50-75% of the time across the U.S. for key dealer visits, dealer ride-alongs, trade shows, and marketing events. Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and build new relationships. Target base salary range is $100,000-$130,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
