Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Developing and presenting reports, presentations, or other materials to share findings and recommendations.
- Conducting research and analysis to support projects or initiatives.
- Participating in meetings and other team activities to gain exposure to the organization's operations and culture.
- Providing support for events and other activities, including coordinating logistics and communications.
- Shadowing and learning from experienced staff members in various departments or roles.
Education and Experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Basic analytical skills to support research and project activities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies quickly.
- Basic familiarity with project management tools and principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to group projects.

Desired Skills
- Familiarity, or desire to learn Marketing skills like Adobe tools.
- Familiarity, or desire to learn, Microsoft SharePoint including the ability to navigate, update, and manage documents and workflows within these platforms.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and record-keeping, to support project management and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, data analysis, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with B&A's policies.
