Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our IT team. The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to ensure it meets the company's business needs. This role will work closely with various departments, including finance, shared services, operations, logistics, and supply chain to streamline processes and improve system performance. This is an in-person position and expectations are to be in the office 5 days a week to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with NetSuite's manufacturing functionality, particularly in areas such as Work Orders, Work in Process (WIP), average costing, and assembly builds with Bill of Materials (BOMs). Primary Responsibilities: NetSuite Administration:
- Manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the NetSuite ERP system. The focus will be on local S&D plant operations but will support global operations.
- Obtain business requirements, formulate functional and technical specifications, and implement those specifications in NetSuite that follow existing change management and version control procedures.
- Hands-on and willing to work with users on the operations floor in a manufacturing environment.
- Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows.
- Manage help desk tickets, assign priority, resolve issues, and work with end users to ensure the platform operates efficiently.
- Support reducing complexity and customization in our current environment.
- Handle user account management, including roles, permissions, and security settings based on SOX and Segregation of Duty guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
System Integration:
- Work with IT and external vendors to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Support EDI/Boomi integrations by partnering with the Boomi team to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Support Shopify integration that includes troubleshooting and reporting.
Business Process Support:
- Partner with finance, shared services, supply chain, operations, and production teams to align NetSuite functionality with business objectives.
- Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Training and Documentation:
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using NetSuite effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system processes, customizations, and integrations.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure system compliance with SOX404 standards, IT General Controls, Change Management standards and company policies.
- Generate and deliver accurate reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making and support Internal Audit function.
Travel: Westrock has facilities in Little Rock, Arkansas and Concord, North Carolina. This position is in Concord, NC and occasional travel to Little Rock, AR will be required. There are other Westrock facilities and operations in other countries in Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Travel to these locations is unlikely, but possible. Qualifications: Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience Required:
- 3+ years of technical NetSuite experience
- 3+ years in SuiteScript development
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent documentation abilities
