Analyze and develop design concept and functional requirements from user request.
• Analyze and develop technical and programming specifications from Functional Requirements
• Develop and administer RPG, ILE, SQL and CL standards
• Maintain program and system documentation
• Assist Systems Analysts in the definition and problem resolution of new and existing requirements
• Code, test, debug and document RPG/400, ILE, SQL and CL programs within a structured methodology
• Manage and follow change control software standards.
• Develop and enforce technical standards.
• Test, install and implement software and operating system PTF's.
• Create documentation and follow standard project management methodology.
• Train IS Staff on new and modified programs and procedures
• Coordinate, monitor and manage outstanding tasks
• Assist IS Staff and users with problem investigation and resolution
• Complete any tasks the Director deems appropriate
