Dollar Bank is hiring for a Senior Loan Administrator. The Private Banking Department provides the Bank's products and services to upscale individuals in a highly personalized, professional, and timely manner. The incumbent will perform various administrative duties to provide consistent, high-quality service to these individuals and will also contribute to departmental goals and objectives by assisting officers in managing customer relationships and achieving individual goals. In this role, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals, gain valuable insights into private banking, and build a rewarding career while delivering personalized support to our high-net worth clients. This is an in person position.
Principal Activities and Duties: *Assist several senior lenders in the preparation of credit proposals by ordering appraisals, credit, property and flood reports, verifying deposit and loan account balances and other financial statement information. *Prepare loan documentation. Follows up for receipt of requested/required information. *Prepare commercial loan system input worksheets to establish new accounts and service existing accounts. *Create and maintains credit files, including scanning and indexing all credit files into Nautilus. *Coordinate the opening and servicing of liability product accounts with branches and Private Banking transaction centers. *Perform servicing and maintenance of accounts/relationships. *Interact with other departments, particularly Credit, Loan Operations and Private Banking transaction centers to respond to customer inquiries and requests. *Compose routine correspondence. *All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank's risk management program. Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of all position descriptions. *Perform other duties, as necessary. Qualifications: *High School Diploma/GED required. College degree a plus. *Two (2) of administrative or banking experience required. *Ability to effectively manage workload and set priorities with minimal supervision. *Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. *Excellent oral and written communication skills. *Excellent customer service skills. *Willingness to learn commercial loan system, Dollar Bank's products, services, policies and procedures. *Ability to apply job knowledge and good judgment to problem solving/decision making situations. *Good typing and proofreading skills; attention to detail a must. *Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. |
