Global Head of Finance Operations | Service Line Owner - Finance, JLL Business Services

What this job involves:

* This role is responsible for the Finance operations globally for JLL. There are several processes including finance processes applicable for our clients, our vendors as well as our internal and regulatory financial reporting and framework that have been housed in our internal capability centers (JLL Business Services - JBS) spread across the world.
* The largest centers of JBS Finance operations are in India, Poland, China, and the US.
The Service Line Owner - Finance is responsible for effective and deep engagement with the Finance and Sales/Client Account leaders to deliver upon agreed operations metrics.
* Responsible for leading Finance Operations transformation and process re-engineering programs in support of the Global Finance vision by developing and executing a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with JLL's overall business objectives.
* Build effective business partnerships with internal customers to deliver seamless end-toend process management. Proactively engage with stakeholders (global and regional finance leaders, client / account leaders etc) to report on performance, obtain feedback,
explore new opportunities to add value, and leverage interactions to enhance client satisfaction.
* Build compelling business cases with clearly defined benefits and obtain endorsement from stakeholder groups.
* Deliver operational excellence by consistently achieving process performance targets within a robust control framework and agreed operational budgets. Continually seek opportunities to deliver value through cost reduction or increased scope at the same cost, while providing adequate support for business-critical work processes in the event of a BCP (Business Continuity Plan) event.
* Institute a continuous process improvement mindset organizationally and drive simplification, standardization, and automation of processes to achieve efficiency targets.
* Develop and build the organization's capabilities through high-energy, high-performance work environments. Motivate team members to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Challenge team members to grow professionally and provide effective leadership and coaching to operational teams.
* Foster process management, process competencies, and understanding of the customer's business to enhance customer service and promote desired behaviors such as leadership, accountability, and teamwork.
* Establish a strong risk and governance model, including clear accountabilities for process and controls execution, exception handling, issue management, and resolution.
* Lead the adoption and integration of new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
* Utilize data-driven insights to make informed financial decisions and guide the
organization towards a more data-centric approach.
* Ensure the company's financial operations adhere to all relevant regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.

Experience
* Well versed with F&A processes including Record to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay
* 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of successful finance transformation projects and high quality service delivery
* In-depth knowledge of financial management, business processes, and technology solutions.
* Strong leadership, communication, relationship building and stakeholder influencing skills
* Proficiency in financial software and technology tools.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrix organization structure
* Have a good understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus
