Job Description
Kearney & Company is hiring a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) System Architect Business Process Architect with a focus on Interface/Conversion Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing robust architecture within an agile environment to support the Air Force Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) program. As a SAFe System Architect your role will be pivotal in ensuring that system interfaces and data conversions are planned and executed with precision, aligning with the SAFe principles. You will be expected to bring a deep understanding of system architecture, coupled with a strong grasp of agile methodologies, to facilitate seamless integration and data migration processes across various platforms and systems.
- Lead the interface and conversion efforts as part of the SAFe system architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify interface requirements and conversion strategies, ensuring that all technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and in line with enterprise goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement agile solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support for interface and conversion related activities
- Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and standards
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in interface and conversion processes
Qualifications
- Secret clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
- Proven track record and 8+ years' experience leading architectural efforts in complex environments, particularly where interface design and data conversion are concerned
- Experience in guiding teams through the intricacies of system integration and facilitating the smooth transition of data between systems
- Capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively with a blended government and contractor team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with interface protocols, data mapping, and transformation tools
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Ability to navigate the challenges of aligning multiple system components and ensuring data integrity during conversions will set you apart

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
