Job Description

Kearney is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide logistical and administrative support for key operations. Responsibilities include organizing conference rooms, preparing meeting materials, tracking action items, and distributing meeting minutes. You will manage suspense databases, monitor organizational workflow, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Additional duties include in-processing new personnel, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating approvals with government personnel. Strong organizational skills, familiarity with task management tools, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

Join our team to support high-impact operations with professionalism and precision! A more detailed description follows:

  • Provide logistical or administrative support including, but not limited to building preview binders and set-up of the conference room or other assigned venues with name cards, and conference supplies.
  • Provide and distribute meeting minutes (where required), track and follow-up on noted action items from the meeting.
  • Report progress, status of action items, and provide status by event in the Monthly Progress Report.
  • Track suspense items and maintain suspense database to include any Task Management Tool (TMT) process.
  • Ensure suspense's are properly distributed to points of contact (POC).
  • Assist in electronic and hard-copy coordination and monitor suspense items from inception to closure, reporting on status to or applicable director or director's organic staff as directed.
  • Report progress and/or Status in the MSR.
  • Monitor organization workflow boxes and aid with assignment of tasks to the appropriate OPR or OCR, monitor completion of tasks, and assist with finalizing response packages.
  • Provide training when required to all workflow users.
  • Ensure all in-processing emails are reviewed, create in-processing folders, and log the actions within the in-processing database.
  • Inventory all in-processing documents and contact members if any documents were not submitted.
  • Prepare documents for in-processing actions to include: Building Passes, Members Data Sheet, Computer Access Requests, and other similar administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with assigned Government personnel to gain approval and final disposition on all prepared documents.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Must possess active Secret Clearance (or higher)
  • Familiarity with US Government or Department of Defense
  • Extensive MS office experience as well as management executive skills
  • Familiarity with planning and executing while maintaining scheduling assistance with management
  • Ability to be onsite 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance

The expected salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $85,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
