Job Description
Kearney is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional to provide logistical and administrative support for key operations. Responsibilities include organizing conference rooms, preparing meeting materials, tracking action items, and distributing meeting minutes. You will manage suspense databases, monitor organizational workflow, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Additional duties include in-processing new personnel, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating approvals with government personnel. Strong organizational skills, familiarity with task management tools, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential for success in this role. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
