The Project Coordinator assists in the process to purchase, sell, and lease property; maintain files for renovation, remodel, or construction of Cascade property; verify the completeness of hazardous material project notifications. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Preferred -Associated Degree with coursework in business or office management and accounting. Project management coursework a plus
Preferred - Project management or database management experience. Experience with property management and/or real estate transactions a plus. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Required: Drivers KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Detail oriented and attention to detail.
