Technical Documentation Specialist II Category: Life Science Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-381501 Yoh Scientific is actively recruiting for a Technical Documentation Specialist to work a contract assignment located in Fort Worth, Texas. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, first shift Location: On-site, Fort Worth, Texas Duration of assignment: 10 months, possibility of extension Pay Rate: $16 - $18.60/hour, based on experience Responsibilities: Performs operational duties in involved in the management of archived records. Processes incoming records and information; sorts, classifies, and codes records into storage locations and applications. Directly supports business users with the retrieval/reference of archived records. Maintains logs and indexes to provide status of information and accurate retrieval. Process incoming records and information into record management systems according to established procedures and work instructions to begin the records management process. Confirm data in the Records Management applications and verify completeness/thoroughness of records (e.g. check creation date, record description, and record owner). Protect archival records by monitoring environmental controls and following established procedures to control access. Audit records for internal Records Management compliance. Requirements: Minimum of High School Degree or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. *Opportunity is Calling,* Apply Now!
