The Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for all sourcing strategies and supply base performance for the New Product Development team. They will participate in multiple product launches at various phase gates and develop transition plans for the Supply Chain team. The Supplier Development Engineer will also be responsible for implementing Engineering Change Orders and ensuring the Supply base is production ready by submitting RFQ's, setting up new parts and selecting the best overall source for the project(s).
