Seeking a highly skilled Project Control Officer with a strong background in project finances, resource planning, resource management, vendor management, and project governance. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Clarity tool and will be responsible for managing a large budget and numerous resources. This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging with executives and addressing their inquiries. *Must have: * Project Finance Project Governance Banking Experience Forecasting Budgeting Data Analysis Audit Friendly *Job Responsibilities:* Provide financial, analytical, planning, and forecasting expertise to assist in the development and completion of program/projects. Develop and analyze key metrics and plan variances and related information. Compile and generate ad hoc analytical reports. Conduct complex analysis as it applies to program/project delivery finances. Understand the whole financial function and the key business area(s) supported. Assemble spreadsheets and create charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports. Vendor management. Statement of Work (SOW)/contract development, execution, and monitoring. May lead additional research efforts, applying expertise in project financial analysis. May research and review details of program/project operating metrics and actively seek to identify and promote new opportunities and processes. May develop conclusions and courses of action to rectify discrepancies as well as analysis. May lead activities of project team, assigning, prioritizing, and monitoring work. May resolve escalated risks and issues by working with project team. May provide training and mentoring for new or less experienced staff. Implement and oversee project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Develop and maintain project governance documentation, including charters, risk registers, and decision logs. Facilitate project governance meetings and ensure effective communication of governance decisions to stakeholders. Monitor and report on project governance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Skills: Practical knowledge of program/project financial analysis techniques and methodologies. Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting for program/project. Ability to effectively interpret, take independent action, communicate, and follow-through. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills. Ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Experience in establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks. Proficiency in developing and managing project governance documentation.
