Job Profile: A professional who provides expert advice and guidance on the identification, implementation, integration, and optimization of Artificial Intelligence technologies within the organization. This role typically involves working closely with business community to identify opportunities where AI can bring value in their day-to-day life, designing AI strategies around automation priorities, and assisting with the implementation and deployment of AI-driven solutions. Individual must have right balance of business process reengineering and ability to apply latest AI technologies to solve business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with business/technical teams to understand their business challenges and develop AI strategies tailored to address specific objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- AI Solutions Implementation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
- Technical Consultation: Provide guidance on the selection and use of AI tools and technologies.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) and Pilot Projects: Develop PoCs or pilot projects to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of AI solutions, helping business/technical teams understand the real-world applications and benefits.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations, timelines, and results.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Deep Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning: A solid understanding of various AI technologies, including deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, Generative AI etc.
- Programming and Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
- Data Science and Statistics: Strong skills in data analytics, statistics, and the ability to interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI applications and managing big data.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to approach complex problems, break them down, and develop efficient AI-based solutions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to connect AI technologies with business goals to drive tangible outcomes.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
