ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will bring a combination of finance and business acumen, leadership, and influencing skills to this space to drive outstanding financial results in close alignment with our business partners.Deep business Partnership: Serve as the primary finance partner to the Gaming Chief Operations Officer's (COO) team. Apply strategic thinking to ensure investments are aligned to key priorities. Clearly communicate recommendations and scenario analysis to finance and business leaders.Rhythm of Finance: Own close, forecast and budgeting processes for the Gaming COO team, ensuring predictability and compliance.Financial Analysis: Take a macro-level view to analyzing results to understand performance against plan/forecast. Monitor trends and key levers, such as headcount and vendor investment against plan/forecast assumptions. Proactively communicate across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end understanding of portfolios, processes, and planning.Process Improvement: Own refining the people and non-people management process with the business and apply learnings for better accuracy in forecasting. Share best practice learnings across teams to enable broader group success.Other: Embody our culture and values
