Compensation: Position Description: The Housing Compliance and Finance Manager is responsible for managing compliance across SOME's housing portfolio, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8, and Project-Based programs. This role ensures adherence to all regulatory requirements while overseeing financial reporting to investors and relevant regulatory entities. Qualifications: Required: Associate's Degree; 3-5 yrs. experience with Housing Tax Credits and 1-2 years of supervisory experience Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; 3-5 yrs. experience with Housing Tax Credits 3-5 years of supervisory experience Required License/Certification: Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Provider (LIHTC) Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

Reports to: Vice President, Asset Management Position Designation: This position is designated as Safety Sensitive. You may be subject to drug testing prior to or during your employment with SOME. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Requires looking at a computer screen for several hours a day.
