Job Summary:

Provide a range of adoption education to prospective adoptive/foster parents, through in-person and online webinar training.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field. Master's Degree preferred;


  • Experience with adoption or social service related content for diverse mediums and for diverse audiences;


  • Experience facilitating training and group sessions strongly preferred;


  • Knowledge of webinars and online training design strongly preferred;


  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;


  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;


  • Ability to work evenings/weekends


  • Ability to forge a mutually respectful partnership with persons served and their families;


  • Ability to communicate well using verbal and written methods;


  • Ability to work with and advocate for all clients served, regardless of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or family type;


  • Valid drivers' license preferred (insurance, a reliable vehicle and be insurable under agency policy).
