Description
The Audio-Visual Engineer will be responsible for the seamless design, delivery, support and evolution of Audio Visual and Facilities software platforms throughout the ACS providing planning, set up, support, troubleshooting, and evolution for AV throughout the organization as needed, whether remote or on site. In addition, the Audio-Visual Engineer is required to deliver top notch customer service, interfacing within Facilities and other business units throughout the organization. As a vital member of our team, the Audio-Visual Engineer role is integral to ensuring that all conferencing events and Facility software systems, run seamlessly. This role is a perfect blend of technical prowess and creative problem-solving, demanding a keen eye for detail and a passion for cutting-edge audio and visual technologies. Whether setting up equipment for corporate meetings, orchestrating dynamic presentations, or troubleshooting live events, the Audio-Visual Engineer works behind the scenes to elevate the audience's experience. The engineer will also be responsible for working with vendors and resources in the maintenance and troubleshooting of conferencing Audio Visual, Facilities technology, and digital signage.
This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office. A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $82,000 - $105,000 per year.
