Job Description: This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operation of the ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability. Configure and maintain ERP modules, workflows, and integrations with other applications. Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and security.

Job Duties:



  • Ensuring the ERP system is reliable, available, and performing optimally
  • Performing routine updates, checks, and maintenance to ensure data security and integrity
  • Managing user permissions, roles, and accounts
  • Developing, modifying, and optimizing SQL queries to support the ERP system
  • Providing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues
  • Conducting training sessions for users to help them use the system effectively
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor system performance and KPIs
  • Leading the implementation of new ERP modules and functionalities
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to system integrations, processes, and configurations


Qualifications:



  • Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or commensurate on-the-job experience
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing or industry related setting
  • Prior project management experience
  • Prior experience diagnosing complex problems and developing solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Epicor ERP experience
  • Desired experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, PowerBI, and/or Tableau preferred
