Visa's internal creative agency servicing Visa's many clients in addition to our own world-renowned brand. Just as Visa founder Dee Hock revolutionized the way we pay, Ad Hock is taking a new approach to the internal creative team by developing full advertising capabilities in-house. We create high-visibility content to support every layer of the funnel starting with brand awareness. In this role, approximately 25% of your efforts will support Visa's core brand and sponsorships. The other 75% will be dedicated to supporting Visa's partners by producing ads for Visa's clients. You will bring your expert knowledge of the advertising industry, experience with high-profile talent, deep understanding of SAG, production and post to activate Visa's sponsorships with NFL, FIFA, Olympics, Formula 1, and the occasional musician or celebrity.It's the perfect mix of client-side and agency life! In this role you will be at the center of all things production including, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, tracking and workflows to keep the team running smoothly. You will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders, agency partners, and talent reps while ensuring our team of creatives can deliver the highest quality content on-time and on/under budget. This role will report to the Senior Director of Creative Operationswithin the North America Marketing org and work in close collaboration with the creative team. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $162,600 to $211,500 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
