Key Position Highlights:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Leader of Brand and Corporate Marketing to guide our global marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand narrative, strengthening our market presence, and driving corporate growth on a worldwide scale. The leader will be based in our vibrant Redwood City office, where they will spearhead innovative marketing strategies that resonate across diverse markets.



  • Seasoned leader with deep experience in managing corporate brand strategy and all aspects of a corporate marketing function
  • Global role, reporting to the CMO
  • In-office, based out of Redwood City offices

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that align with our global business objectives. Lead the evolution of our brand identity to ensure it remains relevant, engaging, and competitive.

Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand strategy including brand positioning, messaging, and identity. Ensure consistency of brand across all channels and regions.

Campaign Oversight: Direct the creation and implementation of major marketing campaigns, managing both digital and traditional media to maximize ROI and brand impact.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity, accountability, and results-driven performance.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of global market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and identify new marketing opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, product development, and other key stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support corporate goals.

Budget Management: Manage substantial marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum effectiveness.

Global Coordination: Work closely with regional marketing leads to tailor strategies for local markets while maintaining a cohesive global brand.

Qualifications

Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a global company.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in brand development, major campaign management, and driving measurable growth in a global context.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Proficient in leveraging data analytics for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous but not mandatory.

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $250,000-$280,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Check Point Software Technologies and the country/state where you work.
