What The Role Is

Cadence Bank is seeking an experienced Fraud Analyst to work in our Digital Fraud Monitoring Team. The position requires experience in On Line Banking with specific focus in fraud monitoring for Consumer and Commercial ACH, Wire and Zelle transactions.

How You will Make an Impact



  • The candidate should enjoy working as part of an expert fraud monitoring team with responsibility for fraud prevention strategies. This is a team oriented environment.
  • As a digital fraud monitoring professional, the role holder will conduct analysis and develop strategies while reviewing and dispositioning alerts from Verafin, FaudNet, Alloy and external referrals.
  • The role holder will work closely with Fraud Monitoring and Investigations to detect and respond to tactical fraud intrusions and attacks against Cadence Bank. The role holder will develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders within the group and across the industry to maximize the effectiveness of the role.
  • The role holder should be a strong communicator and perform comfortably in group settings.


Who You Are



  • 2+ years of digital fraud detection experience required
  • Online banking experience with knowledge of authentication solutions and Zelle a plus
  • Experience with Verafin, FraudNet and/or Alloy preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree is a plus
