The Senior Manager, Payroll Tax and Compliance will lead the organization's payroll tax and compliance functions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, utilizing Workday Payroll. This role requires expertise in payroll tax law, a deep understanding of compliance requirements, and strong leadership to manage teams and liaise with various departments.
The Sr. Manager, Payroll Tax and Compliance leads the enterprise Payroll Tax and Compliance team by leading strategic objectives in line with enterprise goals and works with key stakeholders across the Cox family of businesses. Serves as the Payroll Tax and Compliance subject matter expert and works closely with the payroll group, People Solutions, legal counsel, payroll stakeholders and outside service providers and provides guidance to leaders across the enterprise. The Sr. Manager, Payroll Tax and Compliance will also play a significant role in the payroll transformation as we look to standardize, streamline, and automate global payroll processes. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Payroll and will provide leadership and guidance concerning payroll tax strategies with a global lens for the Cox family of businesses. This position involves a high level of visibility and interaction with senior leadership (AVP+) and a variety of other departments and business functions. USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
