Short Description

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Greet, smile and make the patient/family and visitor feel welcome.
  • Ability to compose and type correspondence.
  • Insures all customer needs are being met offering assistance when necessary or requested.
  • Must possess a strong social orientation, ability to multi-task and handle high-stress environment.

Experience Required

  • Must have knowledge of computers (including word, excel and outlook) and the ability to input information for database.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
